Biclite USA, LLP fax lines can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Depending on the shipping method, faxed orders will be processed within one business day. Please include your daytime telephone number and/or email address in case we have any questions about your order. Biclite USA will send confirmation on all faxed orders with your estimated delivery date.

Payment Information
Biclite USA offers a number of convenient payment methods:
For United States customers we offer check, money order, PayPal, and C.O.D. as well as open account credit to qualified institutions and businesses.
For Canadian customers we offer all of the above payment options except C.O.D.
To obtain a credit application for open account credit, contact any sales representative by calling (763) 205-1511 (US & Canada) or faxing your request to (763) 355-5902. You may also download a credit application via the internet. Please allow sufficient time for the credit approval process. To avoid delay on your initial order you may elect an alternative payment method. Please see Biclite's Terms and Conditions for additional payment information.
Packaging
All packaging will be packaged as "BULK" unless specified by the buyer. Biclite has these additional packaging options:
- Generic individually packaged
- Customized packaging - provide us your packaging specifications
- Brand packaging - provide us with your logo and/or slogan and let our products do the marketing for you.

Delivery / Shipping Terms
- Every effort will be made to keep to any date specified for delivery but the Company accepts no liability in case of failure to do so. The Company will not be liable to make good any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery whether or not such delay is caused by the fault of the Company.
- Unless acceptable specific instructions are received from the Customer, the Company may select a suitable carrier for the Goods. Delivery of the Goods to the carrier will constitute delivery to the Customer and the risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer at this point.
- If the Goods are to be collected by the Customer from the Company, the risk therein shall pass to the Customer as soon as the Customer or agent has been passed the Goods.
- If for any reason the Customer is unable to accept delivery of the Goods at the time when they are due and ready for delivery, the Company may, if its storage facilities permit, and at the Customer's sole risk, store the Goods and the Customer will be liable to the Company for all reasonable costs (including insurance, transport and administration costs) thereby incurred. This provision is without prejudice to any other claim, which the Company may have in respect of the Customer's failure to take delivery at the appropriate date. Payment of the parts stored shall at the Company's discretion be due on the date on which the consignment was ready for delivery.
- The Company will not be liable for:
- Any delay, deviation, damage, loss or detection of the Goods in the course of transit.
- Non-delivery or non-arrival of the whole or part of any consignment of Goods.
Estimated Shipping Times / FOB
Assume all products are make-to-order unless you are associated with Biclite’s Vendor Managed Inventory or Auto Replenishment Program.
All products are transported from China and have the following lead times:
- All orders coming by Sea will take approximately 10-12 weeks, unless you are a member to one of Biclite's inventory programs.
- All orders coming by Air will take approximately 3-4 weeks, unless you are a member to one of Biclite's inventory programs.
Damaged Freight
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact a Biclite USA customer service representative immediately to initiate a claim.

Cancellation / Return Policy
Orders for non-stocked items are considered special orders and as such they are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Customer accepts to not file claims with the credit card issuer for refund for items that are not available from stock or are custom made without supplier's express approval in writing.
Credit Card orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable except with defective products where BICLITE USA has a replacement warranty.
Any item ordered that is not a manufacturer's standard item is considered a "special" item and as such the Buyer's order for a "special" item is Non-Cancelable and any "special" items are Non-Returnable. Biclite USA reserves the right to ship and bill a percentage of the exact quantity ordered based on the terms of Seller's suppliers. All orders, invoices, statements and other documents are subject to correction of errors by Biclite USA.
- NCNR Product: Any product that is, or becomes designated, as NCNR shall be considered strictly as non-cancelable, non-returnable. Buyer assumes full liability for any product designated NCNR that: (a) has been shipped to Buyer and/or (b) is being held in Biclite’s inventory for Buyer and/or (c) has been ordered by Biclite USA from and been manufactured by Biclite Cooperative Work Co., in whole or in part, and/or (d) is part work-in-progress and/or pre-built value enhanced product being held in Biclite USA’s or its subcontractor's inventory for Buyer. Buyer shall pay any cancellation charges invoiced by Biclite USA due to cancellation of orders for NCNR designated products, including materials, manufacturing labor, Non-Recurring Engineering, tooling, transportation, raw materials and storage costs.
All sales are final.
Order Confirmation
Biclite USA will provide all orders with a confirmation upon receipt. We will confirm estimated dates of delivery as well as pricing.
Biclite USA will also provide order status reports for “All“ of your orders or “Individual” orders upon request. If you would like one weekly or monthly via e-mail, phone or fax. Select whatever accommodations suit your business needs.
